I can’t believe it, but in just 5 months, I’m turning 55! To mark this new season, I took my first solo retreat—and it was everything I needed. It was delicious in ways that fed my soul: healthy food (more on that soon), mental space, and peace in nature.
I’m going on a solo retreat. Partly because we offer them to our guests, but mainly because it’s something I’ve never done and I think it might be a bit wonderful.
